Eiki AH-D22010 Fixed Short-Throw Lens for EIP-UJT100

Eiki OEM Lens AH-D22010 Fixed is an OEM optical accessory for Eiki professional projectors. It is a short-throw lens (Short Throw) with a throw ratio of 0.67:1. The official compatibility list covers 1 model. Before installation, simply verify the projector model and panel size—there is no need to make do with an adapter ring. The value of an OEM lens lies not in the additional rows of figures in its specification table, but in the fact that it is calibrated at the factory for the optical path and lens mount of that model series: when installed, the image circle, edge illumination, and focusing travel are all at their design values, so there is no need to use keystone correction to compensate for image quality.

The above specifications are based on the manufacturer's official specifications. For mechanical dimensions, flange distance, and lens-mount type not shown in the specifications table, please contact us with the projector model for verification. Ordering based solely on a similar model carries the risk that the lens will not fit.

II. Calculating Installation Distance from Throw Ratio

The throw ratio is the ratio of the installation distance to the image width. This OEM lens has a fixed focal length (0.67:1). The installation distance varies linearly with image size, with no scope for adjustment, so accurate measurements are essential before installation.

Image SizeImage WidthRequired Installation Distance
100 inches2.15 mapprox. 1.44 m
120 inches2.58 mapprox. 1.73 m
150 inches3.22 mapprox. 2.16 m
200 inches4.30 mapprox. 2.88 m

The distances above are clear distances from the front surface of the lens to the screen and do not include space behind the projector for ventilation and cable connections. They are calculated for a 16:10 image; actual distances should be confirmed by on-site measurement and in accordance with the manufacturer's manual.

III. Compatible Projector Models (1 Model)

The table below is taken from the manufacturer's official compatibility list. Brightness and resolution have been populated from the model database; where the data is unavailable, “—” is shown rather than making assumptions.

To check whether a model not on the list is compatible, please send us photos of the projector nameplate and the existing lens for verification. Projector platforms of the same generation often share a lens mount, but the risk of ordering based solely on a similar model is not worth taking.

Throw Ratio by Model Series

The nominal throw ratio of the same AH-D22010 Fixed lens differs across the series listed below. When selecting a lens, use the value corresponding to the series of the actual projector.

IV. Three Things to Confirm Before Replacement

  • Confirm the projector's imaging panel and resolution. OEM lenses are designed for a specific panel size. With different panel specifications, the image circle cannot cover the full image, causing vignetting or edge light loss after installation.
  • Calculate the installation distance first. This lens has a nominal throw ratio of 0.67:1. Use the table in Section II to calculate the distance for your installation site. A fixed-focus lens has no adjustment margin; even for a zoom lens, allow an additional 10–20 cm at both ends of the zoom range.
  • Verify the lens mount and locking mechanism. OEM lenses are calibrated to the lens mount of the relevant projector series. After installation, the lens must audibly click and lock into place. A skewed image or soft edges is usually caused by incomplete locking, rather than a problem with the lens itself.

If you are unsure, take one photo of the projector nameplate and one of the nameplate on the existing lens and send them to us. Verifying the actual hardware is the safest approach.
