A clear return process, with product terms and statutory rights kept distinct.
Eligibility and timeframes
Eligible consumer purchases made online in mainland China follow the statutory seven-day no-reason return rules and applicable exceptions. Inspection needed to assess the goods does not automatically remove statutory rights.
Eligible orders may receive exchange service within 15 days under the sales terms. Projector-lamp warranty is 180 days. Business, customised and overseas orders follow their applicable contract, platform and mandatory local rules.
How to return
- Contact the teamProvide the order reference, product, quantity and reason for the request.
- Receive the return instructionsConfirm the RMA, receiving address, packing and transport arrangements.
- Inspection and processingAfter receipt and verification, arrange the appropriate exchange or refund within the applicable legal or contractual timeframe.
Packaging and shipping
Use the original packaging where practical or equivalent protective packaging. Include the agreed accessories. Confirmed warranty-defect transport follows the warranty policy; non-defect return transport follows the order terms and applicable law.
For transit damage, retain the packaging and photographs and contact us promptly, preferably within three working days. This recommendation does not shorten statutory claim rights.
