Panasonic original lens ET-DLE350 is an original optical accessory for Panasonic business projectors. It belongs to the long-throw category, with a throw ratio of 3.58-5.45:1, matching a 0.67 1DLP inch panel. The official compatibility list covers 30 models; before installation, simply check the body model and panel size — no adapter rings needed. The value of an original lens lies not in a few extra rows of specifications, but in the fact that it is calibrated at the factory to the optical path and bayonet mount of that series: once mounted, the image circle, edge uniformity and focus travel are all design values, so there is no need to compensate for picture quality with keystone correction.

The above specifications are subject to the original factory specifications. For mechanical dimensions, flange distance and mount type not shown in the specification table, please check with us using your body model — ordering directly based on a similar model carries the risk that the lens will not fit.
II. Converting Throw Ratio into Installation Distance
The throw ratio is the ratio of the installation distance to the image width. This original lens is a zoom lens (3.58-5.45:1), so the same image size corresponds to a range of distances; any position within that range will focus properly during installation.
| Image size | Image width | Required installation distance |
|---|---|---|
| 100 inch | 2.15 m | approx. 7.70 – 11.72 m |
| 120 inch | 2.58 m | approx. 9.24 – 14.06 m |
| 150 inch | 3.22 m | approx. 11.55 – 17.58 m |
| 200 inch | 4.30 m | approx. 15.39 – 23.43 m |
The above is the clear distance from the front face of the lens to the screen, excluding the space needed for rear cooling and cabling. Calculated for a 16:10 aspect ratio; actual values should be confirmed by on-site measurement and the original manufacturer's manual.
Picture quality differs at the two ends of the zoom range: near the short end the image is brighter and the edges slightly softer; near the long end the edges are crisper and brightness drops slightly. Where the venue allows, it is recommended to position the lens in the middle of the range — after mounting, first find the sharpest position on the focus ring, then fine-tune the lens shift.

For models not on the list, please send us a photo of the nameplate on the body and the existing lens so we can verify compatibility — platforms of the same generation often share a mount, but the risk of ordering on the basis of a similar model name is not worth taking.
Throw Ratio by Model Series
The rated throw ratio of the same ET-DLE350 differs across the series listed below, so the value should be selected according to the series the actual body belongs to.
| Model series | Throw ratio |
|---|---|
| — | 3.58-5.45:1 |
IV. Three Things to Confirm Before Replacement
- Make sure the panel size matches. ET-DLE350 is designed for a 0.67 1DLP inch panel. Machines with a different panel size, or a different resolution, will develop problems with the image circle and edge uniformity even if the mount physically fits.
- Calculate the installation distance first. This lens has a rated throw ratio of 3.58-5.45:1; use the table in Section II to map it onto your venue dimensions. A fixed-focus lens leaves no margin, and even a zoom lens needs 10–20 cm of allowance at both ends.
- Verify the mount and the lock. An original lens is calibrated to the mount of that series, and you must hear the lock click into place after mounting; a skewed image or soft edges is usually caused by an incompletely locked mount, not by the lens itself.
If you are unsure, take one photo of the body nameplate and one of the current lens nameplate and send them to us — verification against the actual items is the safest approach.
