Eiki AH-A22010 Zoom Standard-Throw Lens for 12 Compatible Models

Oct 29, 2026, 23:43:51 UTC

Eiki Original Lens AH-A22010 Zoom is an original optical accessory for Eiki engineering projectors. It offers a standard throw (Standard Throw) with a throw ratio of 0.75-0.95:1. The factory compatibility list covers 12 models; before installation, simply check the projector model and panel size against the list—no adapter rings needed. The real value of an original lens lies not in a few extra numbers on the spec sheet, but in the fact that it is calibrated at the factory to the optical path and mount of that model series: image circle, edge illumination, and focusing travel are all design values, so there is no need to compensate for image quality with keystone correction.

I. Lens Specifications

BrandEiki (Eiki)
Lens ModelAH-A22010 Zoom
Throw Ratio0.75-0.95:1
Product TypeStandard Throw (Standard Throw)

The above specifications are subject to the original manufacturer's specifications. For mechanical dimensions, flange distance, and mount type not shown in the table, please check with us using your projector model; ordering directly based on a similar model carries the risk that the lens will not fit.

II. Converting Throw Ratio into Installation Distance

Throw ratio is the ratio of the installation distance to the image width. This original lens is a zoom lens (0.75-0.95:1), so a given image size corresponds to a range of distances; any position within that range can be brought into focus during installation.

Image SizeImage WidthRequired Installation Distance
100 inches2.15 mapprox. 1.61 – 2.04 m
120 inches2.58 mapprox. 1.93 – 2.45 m
150 inches3.22 mapprox. 2.42 – 3.06 m
200 inches4.30 mapprox. 3.22 – 4.08 m

The above is the clear distance from the front face of the lens to the screen and does not include space for rear heat dissipation and cabling. Calculated for a 16:10 aspect ratio; actual values should be confirmed by on-site measurement and the original manufacturer's manual.

Image quality differs at the two ends of the zoom range: closer to the short end the image is brighter with slightly looser edges; closer to the long end the edges are sharper and brightness drops slightly. Where the venue allows, it is recommended to stay in the middle of the range; after installation, first find the sharpest position on the focus ring, then fine-tune the shift.

III. Compatible Models (12 units)

The table below is taken from the factory compatibility list; brightness and resolution are filled in from the model database, and are marked with "—" where unavailable, with no speculation.

For models not on the list, please send us photos of the projector nameplate and the existing lens so we can check compatibility—platforms of the same generation often share the same mount, but the risk of ordering based on a similar model is not worth taking.

Throw Ratio by Model Series

When the same AH-A22010 Zoom is installed on the following series, the rated throw ratio varies; the value to use in selection depends on the series your actual projector belongs to.

IV. Three Things to Confirm Before Replacement

  • Confirm the projector chip and resolution.Original lenses are designed for a specific panel size; if the panel specification differs, the image circle cannot cover the full area, resulting in vignetting or light loss at the edges after installation.
  • Calculate the installation distance first. This lens has a rated throw ratio of 0.75-0.95:1; apply the table in Section II to your venue dimensions. A fixed-focus lens leaves no margin, and even a zoom lens needs 10–20 cm reserved at both ends.
  • Check the mount and locking mechanism.Original lenses are calibrated to the mount of that model series, and you must hear the lock engage properly after installation; a skewed image or soft edges usually mean the lens is not fully locked, not a problem with the lens itself.

If you are unsure, take one photo of the projector nameplate and one of the current lens nameplate and send them to us—checking against the actual items is the safest approach.
